A rough price guide is as follows:-
Our prices are based on type of party, time of entertaining, place, and no. of children.
Prices are based on parties within 10 miles of Banbury. We do travel all over Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire however.
1 hour and 15 minute party:
This is our most popular format. £80 for up to 15 children. £90 for up to 30 children.
Your entertainer would arrive 15 minutes before the party starts to set up. For the first 15 minutes of the party as guests drift in your entertainer will say hello, mingle, play and give each child a hand stamp or a little glitter if wanted. Music will be played as background music. This is followed by 1 hour of dancing, games, singing, activities etc. This includes sweets for prizes, pass parcel (2 x pass parcels if over 15 children to go around simultaneously), lots of props, suitable music – themed if applicable, and a fun bubbly entertainer! Your entertainer will leave as you begin the food leaving you 45 minutes at the end for food and cake.
2 hour party:
£140 for up to 15 children. £150 for up to 30 children.
This is the same as the above party (1 hour 15) until the point at which you begin the food. Your entertainer will then make each child a balloon flower or sword as they eat, working their way around the table. They will then organise a group photo for you to use your camera to capture the moment and pose with the birthday child. This is finished with more party games to the end in which they can help you pass out the party bags if wanted.
Travel
THis is priced at £1 per mile over 10 miles from Banbury where we are based.
Optional Extras
Costume / Theme: £10 for your entertainer to appear in fancy dress and theme the party accordingly. Current costumes include Frozen, Princess, Fairy, Pirate, Supergirl, Superman, Spiderman. We are happy to look into other costume options but these will be costed as the the price of hiring / buying them if it is not a choice we usually offer.
Extra Entertainer: You may wish to have 2 entertainers at your party. This would be an extra £60 for the 1 hour 15 option or £80 for the 2 hour option.
Optional Extras – for the 2 hour party option.
Glitter tattoos: £1 per child. (Allow 3 minutes per child)
Craft activity: Wooden boxes to decorate are a popular option. Or let us know your ideas. Usually £2 per child.
Face painting: This can be substituted for balloons at the 2 hour party option however please be aware it will take 5 minutes per child for a full face paint, or 3 minutes for a small detail.
